When the film Black Panther came out in February 2018, there was a tangible shift in the way the States viewed African fashion.

Almost overnight, dashiki’s became one of the most popular searches on Google, with thousands of Black Panther supporters searching for a way to represent their unique African heritage when they went to see the film.

And as a native Nigerian, I have been humbled and blessed to provide many Unique African Boutique dashiki’s to customers like you, in addition to other African apparel and fashion pieces that represent our culture with style.

All of our pieces are produced and manufactured in African by Africans.  Unlike many of the stores here that manufacture “African” pieces in places like China and other parts of the world, we take pride in knowing each and every one of our African fashion pieces come from the shores of Africa.

Each piece is handmade and stitched by African artisans. The embellishments and decorative patterns represent our heritage in a way that celebrates the joy and spirit of Africa in today’s modern expression.

Many people ask me how I find these unique African fashion pieces, and I always say the same thing: I don’t find the pieces. They find me.
